About K8 & Studio 8
I'm K8, and I have spent the last few years figuring out how to run a business without losing my mind. After realising that the corporate 9-5 world was essentially a factory for burnout, I set up K8Ball Media.
I wanted the freedom to create on my own terms. More importantly, I wanted to provide the kind of support for self-employed creatives that actually makes a difference. When I am not behind a lens or deep in a Wix site, I am probably hanging out with my dog, Bailey, or scouring charity shops for "hideous" fashion gems.
I am a total true crime geek and a big believer that your workspace should feel like a safe haven, no matter how small it is.
About the Studio 8 Collective
None of us should have to struggle through the quiet parts of self-employment alone.
We meet every Monday at 12pm for accountability and productivity, trading our skills and getting together for massive content filming days to build each other up. It is a lovely, honest network built on the idea that we are stronger as a team.
If I ever hit a wall or need a fresh perspective, I have a crew of experts I can lean on to find the answer. It means when I am working on your unique personality and your brand, I am coming to the table with a clear head and a solid foundation.
