What’s Included in Your 1-Hour Photo & Video Content Shoot Pre-Shoot Planning • Quick creative consultation to define goals, style, and key shots • Shot list + content plan tailored to your brand and platforms On-Site Production (Studio or Location) • Up to 60 minutes of shooting time • Professional lighting and audio setup (as needed) • High-quality photo capture for marketing, websites, and social media • Short-form video capture (b-roll, talking points, product clips, behind-the-scenes, etc.) • Multiple background, angle, or scene changes—time permitting Post-Production • 20+ fully edited, ready-to-use images • 2–4 short edited video clips (Reels/TikTok format or horizontal variations as requested) • Basic colour grading, audio clean-up, and professional retouching • All content delivered in a private gallery or folder for easy download Extras Included • Commercial-use rights for all delivered content • Fast 14-day turnaround • Option to upgrade to more edits or longer videos at discounted rates

Cancellation Policy

K8Ball Media Booking Policy Deposit to Secure Your Date A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to lock in your shoot date and time. This deposit is applied directly to your final invoice. Invoicing & Payment Terms Invoice Timing: Your final invoice will be sent as soon as your deposit is received. Due Date: Payment is due within two weeks after your session, or upon delivery of your images if they arrive sooner. Rescheduling & Cancellations Reschedule: No extra fees when you let us know at least 72 hours before your shoot. Cancel: Deposits are forfeited if cancelled 72+ hours before. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the full deposit and may incur up to 50% of the remaining balance. Punctuality & No-Shows Please arrive on time—your session runs for the booked duration. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may shorten your shoot; extra time is billed at £50 per 15 min. No-shows forfeit their deposit and must rebook with a new deposit. Travel & Location Fees In-Studio Shoots: No extra charge. On-Location Shoots: Includes a 10-mile radius of Basingstoke. Beyond that, a £0.50/mile round-trip travel fee applies. Weather Policy (Outdoor Shoots) If conditions become unsafe or heavily rainy, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. A final call is made 2 hours before your slot. Add-Ons & Extras Hair & Makeup: £25 for a 1-hour session / £100 for a full day. Extra Retouching: £20 per image beyond the two included. Usage Rights & Copyright Once full payment is received, you own the rights to your final images for personal or commercial use.
