Whether you’re feeling the cozy vibe of our fully kitted-out Brighton Hill studio or craving the magic of the great outdoors, we’ve got the perfect backdrop for your vision. Studio Adventure: Play with bold lighting, switch up outfits, and experiment with fresh concepts in a professional space built to spark inspiration. It’s perfect for personal branding, portfolio glow-ups, or fun, expressive family portraits. Outdoor Escape: Chase that golden-hour glow, wander through beautiful scenery, and enjoy the freedom to explore different spots for photos that feel alive and authentic. With a full half-day to create, there’s plenty of time for relaxed breaks, playful experimenting, and capturing your story from every angle. Let’s make something amazing together!
Cancellation Policy
K8Ball Media Booking Policy Deposit to Secure Your Date A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to lock in your shoot date and time. This deposit is applied directly to your final invoice. Invoicing & Payment Terms Invoice Timing: Your final invoice will be sent as soon as your deposit is received. Due Date: Payment is due within two weeks after your session, or upon delivery of your images if they arrive sooner. Rescheduling & Cancellations Reschedule: No extra fees when you let us know at least 72 hours before your shoot. Cancel: Deposits are forfeited if cancelled 72+ hours before. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the full deposit and may incur up to 50% of the remaining balance. Punctuality & No-Shows Please arrive on time—your session runs for the booked duration. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may shorten your shoot; extra time is billed at £50 per 15 min. No-shows forfeit their deposit and must rebook with a new deposit. Travel & Location Fees In-Studio Shoots: No extra charge. On-Location Shoots: Includes a 10-mile radius of Basingstoke. Beyond that, a £0.50/mile round-trip travel fee applies. Weather Policy (Outdoor Shoots) If conditions become unsafe or heavily rainy, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. A final call is made 2 hours before your slot. Add-Ons & Extras Hair & Makeup: £25 for a 1-hour session / £100 for a full day. Extra Retouching: £20 per image beyond the two included. Usage Rights & Copyright Once full payment is received, you own the rights to your final images for personal or commercial use.
