What’s Included in Your Full Day (4+ Hours) Photo & Video Content Shoot Pre-Shoot Planning • Detailed creative consultation to define objectives, visual style, messaging and key deliverables • Custom shot list + content plan for the day (photos, video, platforms, formats) • Location planning, schedule building, and logistics support • Optional mood boards for branding alignment On-Site Production (Studio, Office, or Multiple Locations) • 4+ hours of continuous shooting • Full professional lighting, audio, and equipment setup • High-quality photography for branding, products, lifestyle, team, interiors, and social media Video capture including: – Short-form clips for Reels, TikTok, ads, and promos – B-roll footage (workspace, processes, environment, products) – Interviews, testimonials, or talking-head content – Behind-the-scenes coverage • Multiple outfit, scene, or location changes • On-the-spot content review and adjustments • Time for creative experimentation and various angles/styles Post-Production • 60+ fully edited, ready-to-use images • 6–12 professionally edited video clips (short-form or mixed formats) • Full colour grading, audio clean-up, and retouching • Organised delivery in a private gallery or shared folder Included Extras • Commercial-use rights for all finished content • Fast turnaround (14–21 days depending on volume) • Option to add long-form videos, extra edits, or additional footage at discounted rates • Priority booking for future sessions
Cancellation Policy
K8Ball Media Booking Policy Deposit to Secure Your Date A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to lock in your shoot date and time. This deposit is applied directly to your final invoice. Invoicing & Payment Terms Invoice Timing: Your final invoice will be sent as soon as your deposit is received. Due Date: Payment is due within two weeks after your session, or upon delivery of your images if they arrive sooner. Rescheduling & Cancellations Reschedule: No extra fees when you let us know at least 72 hours before your shoot. Cancel: Deposits are forfeited if cancelled 72+ hours before. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the full deposit and may incur up to 50% of the remaining balance. Punctuality & No-Shows Please arrive on time—your session runs for the booked duration. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may shorten your shoot; extra time is billed at £50 per 15 min. No-shows forfeit their deposit and must rebook with a new deposit. Travel & Location Fees In-Studio Shoots: No extra charge. On-Location Shoots: Includes a 10-mile radius of Basingstoke. Beyond that, a £0.50/mile round-trip travel fee applies. Weather Policy (Outdoor Shoots) If conditions become unsafe or heavily rainy, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. A final call is made 2 hours before your slot. Add-Ons & Extras Hair & Makeup: £25 for a 1-hour session / £100 for a full day. Extra Retouching: £20 per image beyond the two included. Usage Rights & Copyright Once full payment is received, you own the rights to your final images for personal or commercial use.
